Selling your property? We will do our best to reach out to any new property owner. However, we can't always keep track of this information, so it is the property owner's responsibility to reach out to us. We need know when the property has sold, and what name should be billed.
It is also important to remember, if you own the property, but rent it out, the bill is always the owner's responsibility. If you want the renting tenant to pay the bill, you can notify us, but if the bill does not get paid, it falls back on the owner to pay the bill.
